Aiba Lulia and Alba Carolina Citadel

Aiba Lulia, Romania – 2024. In May 2024 I worked on a volunteer project for the Fuller Center for Housing in Romania. Following the build 14 members of the build team went on a five day walking tour in central Transylvania. After our first morning of hiking between the villages of Rimetea and Coltesti we drove to the city of Aiba Lulia and had lunch in a very nice restaurant located in the Alba Carolina Citadel which is large a star-shaped fortress built in the early 17 hundreds during the Hartsburg rule.
